Terms of Service

1. Welcome

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Saastix LLC ("Saastix," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Alabama, United States. They govern your use of Life Manifested, including our web app, audio content, and related services (together, the "Service").

By creating an account, completing onboarding, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Who can use Life Manifested

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you are 18 or older and able to enter into this agreement.

3. What Life Manifested is

Life Manifested is a personal manifestation and wellness companion. Based on what you share with us, we use artificial intelligence to create personalized content such as future-self stories, affirmations, and narrated audio. We also offer sleep affirmations, songs, soundscapes, and a manifestation journal.

4. Important: What Life Manifested is not

Life Manifested is for inspiration, reflection, and personal growth. It is not:

• Medical, mental health, or therapeutic care
• Financial, legal, or professional advice
• A guarantee of any outcome, result, income, relationship, or change in your life

Stories and affirmations are created by AI and may not always be accurate or suited to your situation. Please use your own judgment, and speak with a qualified professional for medical, mental health, financial, or legal decisions. Audio features, including sound frequencies and sleep tracks, are for relaxation only and are not a medical treatment.

If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, US), call 911 in an emergency, or visit findahelpline.com for support outside the US.

5. Your account

You agree to give accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Please tell us right away at hello@lifemanifested.com if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Free preview. After onboarding, you may listen to one free personalized story. Full access requires a Life Manifested Premium subscription.

Premium. Life Manifested Premium costs $5.99 per week (plus applicable taxes), unless a different price or discount is shown to you at checkout.

Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically every week, and we will charge your payment method at the then-current price until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize these recurring charges.

Payments. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full card details.

Price changes. If we change the subscription price, we will notify you in advance. The new price applies at your next renewal after the notice. If you do not agree, you may cancel before it takes effect.

Codes. We may offer discount codes or free access codes. Codes have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, may have expiration dates or usage limits, and may be revoked if misused. Free access may be ended by us at any time.

7. How to cancel

You can cancel anytime, directly in the app:

Profile → My Subscription → Cancel subscription

Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will keep Premium access until then, and you will not be charged again. You may resume your subscription anytime before it ends.

Canceling your subscription does not delete your account. To permanently delete your account and data, go to Settings → Delete account.

8. Refunds

Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at hello@lifemanifested.com within 14 days of the charge and we will review it promptly.

9. Your content

You own what you share with us, including your onboarding answers, desires, journal entries, and photos ("Your Content").

You give us permission to store, process, and use Your Content only to provide and improve the Service for you, including sending it to our AI and audio providers to create your personalized content. We do not sell Your Content, and we do not use it for advertising.

Please do not include other people's private or sensitive information beyond what is needed for your personal practice (for example, a partner's first name is fine).

10. AI-generated content

Content created for you by AI ("Generated Content") is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may save it and share individual items (such as affirmation cards) on your personal social media. You may not resell it or use it commercially without our written permission.

Because AI can make mistakes, we do not guarantee that Generated Content will be accurate, complete, or appropriate for every situation.

11. Our content and brand

The Service, including its design, software, text, audio, narration, songs, sleep tracks, soundscapes, images, and the Life Manifested name and logo, belongs to Saastix LLC or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own personal use while these Terms are in effect.

12. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, download in bulk, resell, or redistribute our content or audio
• Scrape, data-mine, or use bots or automated tools on the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access our source code or systems
• Share your account or sell access to it
• Use the Service to harass, harm, or impersonate anyone
• Upload anything illegal, harmful, or that infringes someone else's rights
• Interfere with the Service's security or performance
• Use the Service to build a competing product

13. Feedback

If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them freely to improve the Service, without any obligation to you.

14. Third-party services

The Service relies on trusted third parties, including payment processing (Stripe), hosting and storage, AI text generation, and voice generation. Their services are subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we link to.

15. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. It is part of these Terms. Your data is stored and processed in the United States.

16. Ending your access

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or put other users or the Service at risk. If we end your access without cause, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid subscription period.

17. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We are always improving Life Manifested, so features may change, be added, or be removed. We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we will notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

18. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT IT WILL PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT.

19. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, SAASTIX LLC AND ITS OWNERS, TEAM MEMBERS, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE. SOME LAWS DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITS, SO THEY MAY NOT FULLY APPLY TO YOU.

20. Indemnification

You agree to protect and hold harmless Saastix LLC and its team from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) caused by your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms or someone else's rights.

21. Resolving disputes

Talk to us first. Most concerns can be solved quickly. Before starting any formal claim, please email hello@lifemanifested.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve it.

Arbitration. If we cannot resolve it, any dispute will be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, instead of in court. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.

No class actions. Claims may only be brought individually, not as part of a class or group action.

Opt-out. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing hello@lifemanifested.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out."

22. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

23. California residents

If a complaint is not resolved satisfactorily, California users may contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs, 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by phone at (800) 952-5210.

24. General

These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our not enforcing a right does not waive it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours as part of a business change.
